2. Booking and Payments

  • Availability: All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a room at Malibu Cozumel.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before making your reservation.

Reservation Cancellations

* More than 90 days before the scheduled check-in date: A full refund will be issued, minus any payment processing fees, bank fees, or other transaction costs incurred.
* Between 46 and 90 days before the scheduled check-in date: A refund of 50% of the total reservation amount will be issued.
* 45 days or less before the scheduled check-in date: No refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice will be considered a No-Show. No refund will be provided.

Early Departure

No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be granted for early departures, unused nights, late arrivals, or any changes made after check-in.

Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and the rates in effect at the time of the request. We reserve the right to approve or decline any modification request at our sole discretion.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, flight cancellations or delays, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds are not guaranteed. Any exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any cancellation, refund request, or policy exception in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Malibu Cozumel and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Malibu Cozumel provides this website on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
